Opis
Built on the site of the studio that once hosted Germany’s top talk shows, Ruby Ella’s roots are well and truly star-studded. That’s why we’re bringing back the 90s late-night TV buzz, from polished chrome and neon signs to microphones and musical instruments. Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird, our 24-hour bar menu has you covered. Along with dangerously delicious cocktails and snacks, we serve up a healthy breakfast and barista coffee. And upstairs, each room is a haven of Lean Luxury calm, designed with sleep experts to help you drift off after a busy day. Sandwiched between Cologne’s old town and the arty Belgian Quarter, Ruby Ella makes a great base for first-timers and frequent visitors. The city's main sights are a short stroll away, or Friesenplatz station is right outside.
Restoran
The bar is the beating heart of Ruby Ella. From breakfast and barista coffee, to afternoon snacks and our expertly shaken signature cocktails, you'll find something to tempt you, whatever the time. We also host live gigs and regular events, so grab a drink, pull up a seat and enjoy.
